Client Assurance
At Prestige Digital Inc., we prioritize transparency, accountability, and client confidence. The following policies are designed to provide our clients with complete peace of mind when working with us.
24-Hour Initial Contact Guarantee
Once an initial payment is successfully processed, a representative from Prestige Digital Inc. will contact the client within 24 hours via email, phone, or live chat to initiate the project.
If no communication is made within 24 hours of payment, the client will be fully eligible for a refund upon request.
- Approved refunds under this clause will be processed within 24 hours.
Project Initiation Assurance
If a project does not begin within the stated turnaround time due to reasons solely attributable to Prestige Digital Inc., the client may request:
A full refund, or
- Continuation of service with priority handling, at the client’s discretion.
Transparency & Progress Update Policy
Clients are entitled to clear project updates during the production phase.
- If a client does not receive any response or progress update for more than 48 business hours, they may escalate the concern to management for immediate resolution.
No-Risk First Interaction Policy
- If a client feels dissatisfied during the initial concept stage and no final approval has been granted, they may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy terms.

- In the event of a service-related concern, Prestige Digital Inc. commits to:
- Prompt review of the issue

- A fair resolution, including refunds where applicable
Secure Payment & Ethical Practices
- All payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways.
- Prestige Digital Inc. follows ethical business practices and does not engage in misleading pricing, hidden charges, or unauthorized billing.
Refund Eligibility & Limitations
Prestige Digital Inc.’s refund policy will be void under the following circumstances:
- The primary design concept has been approved by the client.
- You have requested or availed revisions beyond the initial concepts.
- The cancellation is due to reasons not related to the company.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- A complete design change has been demanded after approval.
- The business is closing, rebranding, or changing its name.
- Reasons such as change of mind, partner disputes, lack of funds, or similar non-service-related issues.
- A service bundle was purchased and dissatisfaction applies to only one service (refund will apply only to that specific service, not the full bundle).
- Final files have been delivered following your approval or request.
- The service was offered free of charge.
- More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
- Website projects where the design has been approved and the project has moved to the development phase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours.
- Once the refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to use any designs, concepts, or materials provided by Prestige Digital Inc.
Ownership & Rights After Refund
Upon refund issuance:
- All submitted designs become the sole property of Prestige Digital Inc.
- The client is not permitted to use, modify, or distribute any materials.
- Designs may be submitted to Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal protection.
Claim Your Refund
To have your refund, follow the following steps:
You can claim your refund by:
- Sending us an Email.
- As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed we will initiate the process.
- After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Prestige Digital Inc., the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

- We believe in providing best designs and each of our designs is well researched and well crafted.

- Our unlimited revisions policy is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
- We aim at exceeding your expectations and strive to accomplish it.
- We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design (number of revisions will be according to your package).
Delivery Policy
- The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
- The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 2 business days.
- In case of urgent order, contact our customer support team.
Record Maintenance
- Prestige Digital Inc. keeps the records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided the exact file.

Company Rights
- Prestige Digital Inc. reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at its discretion if deemed necessary.
